About Us

Rob EagarRob Eagar is the founder of WildFire Marketing who helps authors, speakers, and publishers spread their message and sell more books through innovative marketing strategies. Rob has taught over 100 authors - from beginners to bestsellers.

What is Rob's writing, publishing, and speaking experience?

Rob understands publishing from many angles. He self-published his first book, The Power of Passion, and personally sold over 13,000 copies. His efforts captured the attention of publishers, and led to his book's re-release as Dating with Pure Passion. This version quickly sold an additional 22,000 copies and was translated into Korean and Spanish.  Rob garnered appearances on national media including the Los Angeles Times, CNN Radio, and the ABC Family Channel. The CBS Early Show even called and filmed an interview in his back yard.

Rob also encouraged over 35,000 people at 170 events by speaking at influential churches, such as Saddleback, Willow Creek, and North Point, plus university campuses, including Georgia Tech, Gardner-Webb, and Palm Beach Atlantic. He poured himself into his listeners, regardless if there were 100 or 1,000 attending. Rob knows how to take a message from scratch and create a national platform.

How can Rob help authors succeed?

Rob worked within a crowded, skeptical market (single adults), but still generated six-figure revenues from his books. If he was able to succeed in such a narrow niche, imagine how he can help you reach your target audience. Rob is a teacher at heart with successful clients at all levels. Publishers use Rob to train their authors how to implement better book marketing and platform-growth skills.

How can Rob help authors boost their book sales?

Rob understands how readers buy books online and in-person. He's sold over $50,000 of books per year through live events and websites, turned national media interviews into book sales, and built an author newsletter with over 8,000 subscribers. Likewise, he can help you capture the attention of companies, churches, and individuals.

Why can you trust Rob?

Rob's primary goal is to help you "spread your message."  In addition, his background includes a marketing degree from Auburn University, seven straight years of sales increases for the American Nonwovens Corp., and managing a $6,000,000 marketing plan for Sellars Textiles as National Sales Manager.  His faith, past success, and marketing expertise unite to form a powerful advocate for authors.

Rob and Ashley EagarRob's not all business.  When he takes a break, you'll find him flying down a rocky trail on his mountain bike or loudly playing his drums. However, his wife, Ashley, prefers that he join her to quietly paint, work in their garden, or watch Jane Austen movies. They reside in Atlanta, Georgia, and attend North Point Community Church.
