The Four Types of Authors in the World

Last week, I wrote a five-part series of blog posts over at DigitalBookWorld.com called “The 4 Types of Authors in the World.” In my consulting experience working with over 400 authors, I’ve found that you can classify any author into one of four categories using two criteria: marketing effort and sales expectations. When you put these two criteria on an X and Y axis, you get the following chart:
