Non-Profit Case Study: Lighthouse Network

Lighthouse Network (www.LighthouseNetwork.org) is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving people “guidance through life’s storms.” They operate a toll-free 24/7 crisis helpline (1-877-562-2565) for anyone struggling with alcohol, drugs, stress, or emotional issues.  Their helpline is free, and their phone counselors guide callers through addressing acute situations and finding treatment options that fit any budget, location, and insurance plan.
